This massage focuses on the face, head, neck, shoulders, upper back and upper arms. It is very relaxing, helping to release stress and tension, and has a balancing effect, creating a sense of peace and wellbeing.

This treatment may be carried out with or without oil. You can remain fully clothed during the massage if you would prefer.

The oils used in Indian Head massage are:
Sesame Oil – Rich in vitamin E, iron, calcium. It can help relieve aches, pains, and stiffness, while improving skin texture. It nourishes, strengthens, protects the hair, and may also promote hair growth and reduce graying.

Sunflower oil - Its high levels of linoleic acid provide a cleansing effect and help stimulate quicker cell turnover rate, creating smoother, softer, more radiant skin. It stimulates hair follicle growth to grow and strengthen the hair.

Michelle’s touch was absolutely divine. My whole reflexology experience was incredible from start to finish. Just an amazing experience. Michelle is such a professional and creates the most welcoming environment. My one hour foot reflexology with hot stones allowed me to completely unwind and achieve deep relaxation. I will be back for more treatments for sure.
