This massage focuses on the face, head, neck, shoulders, upper back and upper arms. It is very relaxing, helping to release stress and tension, and has a balancing effect, creating a sense of peace and wellbeing.

This treatment may be carried out with or without oil. You can remain fully clothed during the massage if you would prefer.

The oils used in Indian Head massage are:
Sesame Oil – Rich in vitamin E, iron, calcium. It can help relieve aches, pains, and stiffness, while improving skin texture. It nourishes, strengthens, protects the hair, and may also promote hair growth and reduce graying.

Sunflower oil - Its high levels of linoleic acid provide a cleansing effect and help stimulate quicker cell turnover rate, creating smoother, softer, more radiant skin. It stimulates hair follicle growth to grow and strengthen the hair.

I have used Michelle 3 years ago in my first pregnancy to treat Restless Leg Syndrome. She was amazing, relaxing, accommodating and lovely to be around. The set up of the room is perfect and you can really relax and enjoy the process.

Fast forward 3 years, I am now using her again through my second pregnancy and I couldn't be more relived! It was everything I remembered it to be and more!!
